About item filter

I checked how the d2ex works and all that, but im trying to hide items in my d2 and actually all the items are showing in the screen.
Need to hide life/mana/misc potions, normal keys and a lot of normal/excepcional white items.

Can i get a new d2ex.ini from anyone or any guide about how the damn make a decent item filter?
Doing cows even with Hide shitty items options is painful.

here filtered all exept rares, elite uniques, jewelery, anni items, class sets, rejuvs and some exeptional uniques
