Essences to reset skills

Just recently joined you and i really like your server, feels like a remastered Diablo 2.
I have a question regarding skill points: Is there a way to reset them? I already used the reset from adria :(
I red on the wiki of some essences that drop from act bosses, do they drop on all difficulties?
