Annihilus: SotR September 3rd Changelog:



Rift Changes:


• Slightly lowered experience of Trag'Oul / Ctoggha Rift normal monsters.


• Trag'Oul / Ctoggha normal monsters now properly drop higher quality items.


• Raised the area level of Realm of Trag'Oul / Labyrinth of Madness so chests will now drop ilvl 75 items.


• Drastically increased experience of Trag'Oul / Ctoggha themselves.


• Slightly increased the chance to drop higher quality items from Trag'Oul / Ctoggha.


• Drastically increased experience of Unstable Rift monsters.


• Slightly increased the chance to drop higher quality items from Unstable Rifts.


• Increased the timer duration of Level 90+ Unstable Rifts by 15 seconds.


• Rifts now properly level cap at 40/60/90 per difficulty.


• Monsters inside a level with an Unstable Rift present will now have a chance to be discolored as a hint. You may also find monsters that do not belong wandering around in these levels as well.


• Lowered the damage of Darkness, Cactuar, and Dark Flan monsters.




Skill Changes:


• Mini-overhaul of Damage per Level skills across the board. This mostly affects every skill that carries Weapon Damage, to make actual skill points more valuable, especially at higher skill levels. Every single skill that carries weapon damage has had its Damage per Level increased, along with some others such as assassin traps.


• Stun has been removed or reduced on every skill and buffed in other areas to make up for it.


• Shield Throw now deals 100% Weapon Damage, up from 88%.


• Divine Storm now deals 75% Weapon Damage, up from 50%.




Item Changes:


• Increased the base Duration of Duriel's Soul buff, and the duration increase per Soul.


• Slightly increased the drop rate of Ephemeral Rift Energy.


• Fixed multiple issues causing a 20 stack of Rift Particles to not automatically upgrade to an Energy. Moving them to your stash via control click does not work for now.




Misc. Changes:


• Slightly re-raised Density of The Secret Cow Level.


• Fixed an issue where Rifts could cause the server to "hang" for several minutes.


• Fixed multiple issues with Soul spawning and not being able to collect them.


• Fixed an issue with Rifts spawning and dropping loot behind walls. UPDATE: Looks like we missed some situations with this, back on the list for now.


• Fixed multiple issues with Challenge Areas not working properly, such as the timer not kicking players out and it mistakenly reporting all players have left the challenge.


• Fixed multiple issues causing a 20 stack of Rift Particles to not automatically upgrade to an Energy. Moving them to your stash via control click does not work for now.


• Monster Level in top right corner now shows the correct level for monsters inside of Rifts.


• Fixed a potential error with reduced mana cost stat actually increasing the cost.


• Fixed an issue with portal names.


• Fixed an issue causing champion / unique monsters to not having a colored name.

Thx for the changes Game. Suggestion: would you consider making "Hurricane" recastable in bear form? it's a drag having to change forms just to cast hurricane and back.
