They have already been increased to about as high as they go, you can repair them to fill them up. Keep an eye on the icon that warns you when they're running low!

Can i upgrade rare arrows/bolt to up stack size? For example normal arrows to hellfire arrows.

perhaps the re-gen qty on all arrows ? like an upped version -.-
