Anni launcher issue

When I launch - lanched windowed then goes straight to full screen... wont let me use my cursor or anything once it hits this point... only ESC to exit out.

update - cursor is just WAY off screen. I have internet connectivity but it wont let me connect to server. Searched forever for best one.
