I've yet to see one and I've found every other unique ring/ammy so idk.

Correct, I don't have my files open to check but I do believe I made it ilvl 99. Meaning you can do Baal or Inferno to find them.

Oh yes, he's ilvl 99 as well, and also token mentioned Dreamlands, they are also above ilvl 99. Now that I think of it, so is Azathoth!
