problem starting the game

Anyone help me...
ive stalled and updated annihilus
but if i click launch game

a message is prompting saying

"Diablo 2 failed to run"
"please make sure your Diablo 2 expansion disc is in your CD-ROM then click retry"

ive installed this in other computer and working but when ive installed in my own computer this message is poping out...

hey :) im no admin but a little search gave following fix:

short version of the fix: You need to update your diablo 2 Lord of destruction to 1.13d
if you havent updated it, you will miss the video and music data from the CD-Rom and thatswhy its asked at the gamestart.
To update your Diablo 2 lod: Just install it completely new, then log onto the blizzard battle.net (any gateway) and then the
game should download a patch first (screen is looking like a health globe, that fills up).
After you`ve done this, install annihilus in the correct folder and nothing should be asked for at the start.
I dont know if you are able to patch your game, after you have annihilus installed.

my d2 is already patch at 1.13 cuz im playing the offline mode before i found this server... and now
it say

"unhandled exception"
"access violation (c0000005)
