Assassin new skill

Hi,

does IAS have effect on Shuriken? (New skill of Trap assassin). I tried with some different IAS weapons but look like it does not affect the speed of Shuriken at all.

IAS shouldn't have any effect on it, atleast off of the top of my head :)
