Occasionally I will get an unhandled exception error right after I kill Othuyeg and hit Alt to see what he dropped. It doesn't happen every time but is frequent enough to be annoying. Fortunately I haven't had to leave any good items on the ground...yet. I've tried running different resolutions but the problem persists. Any ideas? Is anyone else having this issue?

log 2 accounts, if you have an unhandled exception error with 1 account, you'll still have the other account log :) still annoying but it can help to save good items

It happens very occasional to me, same with Omega baals stone drop. 1 out of 20 runs maybe ~

confirm, it also happens with me. Usually I kill first bosses with javazon and then join with smiter (same account) to kill eyeball.

it happened to me always when a uniq conqueror crown (barb only) item dropped.

This means, it happened two times to me yet. But maybe this has something to do with some special items that drop?!

I suppose it could be a specific item but someone mentioned Omega Baal causing it too, and his drops are almost always the same unless he drops a divine gem.

But the more weird thing is serv drops.

I've had this happen to me at least ten times and there has been no pattern that I've noticed as far as the type of items that drop.
