Someone gotta explain to me what u consider as Hr, coz for me it means high runes and high runes are the runes that drop the less, tor zod being in the last 3 runes, they would literrally be the highest runes .... So i guess if someone says "its not a hr" its just his opinion?! .....

No its just means zod and tor are frequent drops, and they are just useless the only thing i could do with them is to cube it.
same for bers, they really are rare, and they often are the value of 2hrs.

Ber runes....are the most sought after on this realm. Zods are worthless. I have been trying to push for a rune downgrade recipe on the server.

If i need 2 zod to trade a ber, when i should drop 5 times more bers than zods, feels kinda lame ......

The "drop rates" are pointless as far as runes are concerned. It's the value of the rune that matters. People use Ber runes for rune words and sockets and enchantments. No one gives a rats ass about a zod. I have 17 of them and they just don't move. You could offer me 17 zod runes for a ber and I wouldn't take it.

I think it would be for the best, as the droprate should match the effective usefullness of a rune imo.
