He's one of the richest player of the serv, he must have all cthulu items at least twice.
Doing this offer means for him : 1 free enchant ( 750 orb+300) or 1 free effect.
Why would he used his own gold when he can have free items ? :) ( I'd do the same but actually I do free run, player keep all for him)

As for phys immun, there's nothing eldrun or frostmourne can't handle :)

hes not using his own gold hes using players, if anyone was to pay 750g for a cthulu run they would be getting swindled, as all of the NV's sell for atleast double that..
