I Have full Tal set and stormshield.

Dont know if better shield and which rings, boots, gloves (other then full tal) to use.

atm i have some blue organs set, blue fragment, Zod, 2 ohm, um, puls, and some other stuff to trade

Full tal is realy nice forMfing for sorc before having really fat items, like cow full set. now you should build a necro to chain LK run, fulltrang is enough :) , make some hcow runs with a full mav,work like a charm ;).
