drop rate on puzzle boxes

what is the drop rate on puzzle boxes game? they still drop right? i havent had a chance to fight the big c yet

I think its 1:10 or so but Its taken me 30 runs to get an eye before... I would be curious if its increased by mf or if its a static drop rate like keys.
