War cry skill

I made full geared barb with endgame items (cowset, ctulhu set, 8 skillers, war cry anni, belials, prime) and he does only ~2400 damage. Damage is physical and can be blocked aswell. Costs mass mana.
Looks like super crap :S Takes so much time to kill just hell diablo or baal, not even talking about inferno content.

I see there 3 way to up it:
- just boost dmg
- make it magic skill dmg, so you can boost it with new items
- keep it physical but make possibility to proc crushing blow/deadly strike/open wound/ctc from items, like regular melee/ranged hit

lol i feel ya the shield throw barb i made is useless and i have him decked same as you lampo. i love playing him but it is pointless in pvm

buff increased stamina too, its literally the most useless skill in the game
almost as bad as hammers in pvp
