Account error

Every time I log onto the forums or says I have to fill out stuff in my profile. So I do and when I click save changes, it all erases and I have to fill it in again. And keeps doing this to me . Please someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I get a v msg and I never was sent any emails from here. Even checked my spam folder

Have you tried to create a new Forum account?
