NP but mana going down !!

My Barb's mana is going up and down when he just stsands still, why would that be ??

lk belt
soj
cain ring
rising sun
hysteria

As i wrote down this, my barb went from 312 mana (full mana) to 50ish, now it goes up and down. weird !!

Im pretty sure that the same dumb programmer who made the diablo 3 monk HP bug is involved here too!

(Where the monks life drops to 50% when picking up an item etc)
