Full moon fereal attack speed, frostmourne

I have a question about full moon.
How does this increase feral attack speed mod work?
It breaks feral rage attack speed beyond last fps breakpoint, or is it only like weapon ias till 4 fps?
Or maybe only too 4 fps, but when frozen with holy freeze will give additional speed?

Another question is about sindragosa from frostmourne. Is it only cold dmg?

The last question is about fm too. Is it a berserker axe based weapon?

Feral Attack Speed is supposed to give IAS in shapeshifting form as if it was on a weapon, but is currently not working. That stat will be replaced most likely when we buff certain Cthulhu items in the next patch.

Sindragosa is all cold damage, yep!

Frostmourne is a sword but does share the same base stats as a berserker axe, correct!
