I havent really tried shuriken flip this ladder. But I dont think its changed too much since last ladder in terms of build and damage output. Look at some previous threads on the subject. Some of the information may be outdated. But I think most of it is still relevant to your concerns.

i just want some basics, what it works on? ias? is it endgame worthy?etc.
