Does anyone know if there is a cap to "slow target"? Does it stack with other items that also have slow target?

I think it stops at a certain point. Not sure on exactly what the point is but I'm pretty sure it's enough to make it seem light they don't move.
as far as i know, slow enemy does not stack. It just takes the highest one that you have on your gear and uses this one. (for example: if you have 20% slow enemy and on another item 30%, it will be 30% slow)
Also this stat isnt anymore as high as it was pre 4.0 (at least for the clay golem. He was nerfed in this section).
hmmmm.....I wonder if there are any boots, rings, and/or amulets that have slow target on them.
Do we know what the weapon effect on the Cham rune was changed to?
Update: I downgraded a Zod rune to find out. Freezes target +3. For science!!!
check out kelpie snare. It makes for a decent merc weapon, especially if up'd. IIRC it has 75% slow.
Interesting, and how much does it slow ?
Acid injector on your nerves. Would be best I think. The LK is susceptible to slow target as well as poison:)
yea, but the lichking isnt affected by inject acid, since this is a curse and he is immune to curses :P
lel:) Oh well. He dies fast enough as is.
Multiple items that provide slow target do add up. In case anyone was wondering:)

The primary effect is to slow all actions by a fixed percentage.
All percentages from items and skills are additive, and capped at 50% per source.
The player versus player cap for this effect is 50%.
The effect works against all monsters, but is capped between 50 and 85% on some monsters.
The Cannot be Frozen mod has no effect on slows.
