Zon build with Windforce?

So I just dropped a Windforce and it looks SIIIIIIICK, I just don't know what to do with it lol...

I don't have any wealth outside of the WF, do I need tons of other end-game items to make WF better than just full Mavs?

cheaper version:

mav gloves/craft gloves with cb++/hysteria
ik belt
rare armor with ed/cb/ other stats like all skills and teleport/resists
saracens amulet for res and amplify dmg curse
rings with -phys res
veil of steel helmet with um's or other res runes
valusia boots i think is a must :)
Acid injector bow at switch to slow bosses/groups of monsters and decrease their physical res( by -50% when inject acid procs)
Won't be able to do endgame but it's still nice for farming
