SotR Beta April 21st, 2024 Changelog:


General:

• "AffixCount" item filter command has been added.


• Temporarily disabled the ability to target allies / corpses for skills on the cast bar to alleviate the pain of not being able to cast skills if you click an ally.



Items:

• Riftstones can now properly roll affixes when they are lower than item level 70.


• Overall riftstone drop rate has been increased from Riftstone bosses, and there is also a slightly higher chance that they drop Tier 4 and 5 riftstones.


• Duriel's Shell armor now properly procs Seismic Slam (existing armors will have to be rerolled).


• Transient, Voided, and Ephemeral Rift Energies now properly remove ethereal to prevent users from only crafting ethereal items. However, Rift Essences no longer remove ethereal, giving you a one-shot opportunity at crafting an ethereal item. Also, Rift Essences no longer reroll implicits.



Monsters:

• Ialdagorth (Crucible and Ctoggha Rift versions) now deals less damage with all of their attacks, and they no longer use Blade Shield.


• Trag'Oul's Poison Maelstrom skill level has been decreased.


• Crucible Chimera's life and damage reduction % has been slightly decreased.


• Mephisto's Animosity debuff has had its slow % lowered in normal and nightmare. Lightning Storm now also does less damage in normal and nightmare.


• Baal's Destruction Salvo now deals less damage in nightmare. Cold Wave no longer has a knockback.


• Crazed Archer's Killer Instinct regeneration has been decreased. Barrage Arrow damage has been decreased.


• Vengeful Blacksmith's Armor Break no longer applies double physical resistance debuffs.


• Mechanized Destroyer (Riftstone boss version) has had its Maul damage decreased, and Armor Break no longer applies double physical resistance debuffs.



Areas:

• Made some adjustments to how Riftstones clear the area around the boss to help with the density in the tier 1 riftstones.



Bugs:

• Fixed an issue preventing users from activating "Infuse" buffs even if they already had mana at 100% reserved.


• Fixed an issue allowing users to receive credit for quests while in Spectator Mode.


• Fixed an issue causing mercenaries to persist after leaving Spectator Mode.


• Fixed an issue showing certain Workbench recipes as craftable even if the player didn't have all of the required items.


• Fixed an issue that was removing runewords from an item when they were crafted on the Workbench.


• Fixed an issue that was showing incorrect affixes available when putting a magic item in the Workbench.


• Fixed an issue preventing multiple quantities of quest items from dropping when in a party.


• Fixed an issue allowing users to keep auras toggled even after respeccing.


• Fixed an issue causing the server to crash when putting an item with an oskill on a mercenary.


• Fixed an issue causing party members to sporadically appear red on the map.


• Potentially fixed an issue to alleviate mercenaries from poofing.
