Just lost my fragment portal

Hi,

Someone told me to ask help to admins to have a compensation...
Server crashed and i was just starting the new 2.2 realm...
I just had time to kill an ubber diablo and i recolted a big cristal.
I was almost killing ubber meph when it went down.

Is there a way to have at least fragments if not a new portal..?
I accept ber also, if anyone have for trade... ;)

unfortunately you need to take timestamped screenshots of game crashing to recieve a refund..

i also lost 1 keyset and waited for refund for 1.5 weeks even with screens.. :D and then helped myself as the mod who was supposed to gimme my stuff back was either offline or afk :D and never wisped me back ::
