The RELAXED filter
Hides non-elite magic bases (2mod elite magic bases vendor for a transient energy)
Hides non-unique itemtypes that are not going to be used by your (or any) character
Hides socketed drops with less than 3 sockets
Hides unnecessary low runes
Hides Radiant Rift Energy
Shows and highlights high-tier crafting bases
Shows uniques with a large font and a drop sound
Shows and highlights all riftstones (with drop sound)
Shows bases that can be potentially mysterious'd into extremely rare uniques
Shows and highlights all high runes (with drop sound)
Shows all remaining rift energies, and highlights higher tier ones

The MODERATE filter's additional changes
Hides Brilliant Rift Energy
Hides additional low runes
Hides socketed drops with less than 5 sockets
'Low-tier' uniques no longer have large font
Many undesirable sword bases (non-unique) are hidden
'High-tier' uniques have a more robust drop sound and an icon on your minimap

The STRICT filter's additional changes
No longer showing staves or zon-specific bows for 'high-tier eth bases'
Elite Uniques have a new color palette
The size of the minimap icon for uniques has been increased (for offscreen clear builds)
Maps other than tier-5 and Cave are hidden
Stat-adding runes are hidden
Unstable energies are hidden
Rare armors, helmets, shields, and boots below elite baselevel are hidden

The large unique font, despite maybe not being aesthetic, will certainly help you snag items in party play :)
