Annihilus 6.0 Minor Update 3 Changelog:
Changes:
• Fixed an issue where mousing over Defense in the character sheet was not showing the proper tooltip.
• The Forest of the Duelist has been removed. New global PvP penalties have been implemented, they are the following:
- Damage against other players is reduced by 95% (1/6 penalty still applies as well)
- You gain 100% Magic / Physical Resist against other players
- Resistance Piercing is only 25% effective against other players
• Experience gain in the Red Portals has been lowered.
• Experience gain in The Cow Kingdom has been increased.
• Experience gain in Maps has been drastically increased.
• Loot tables in Maps has been drastically reworked.
• Tankiness of all Map Tiers has been lowered. This does not affect the Map Bosses.
• Tier 2 Maps and higher now have a chance to deal Deadly Strikes, increasing by the Tier.
• Tier 3 Maps and higher now have a chance to deal Crushing Blows, increasing by the Tier.
• Modified the loot tables of the following bosses: The Lich King, Time Rift Bosses, Dreamland Bosses, and FF8 (Dimensional Rift) Bosses. You may notice a very slight decrease in uniques from the Lich King, a slight decrease from The Butcher and The Skeletoon King, but the other bosses will have overall better drops.
• Fixed an issue preventing Alkor's Shrunken Head from dropping.
• Destruction Runeword no longer triggers the global cooldown when casting Frozen Orb.
• Raven Damage Synergy % lowered by 5%.
• Raven attack speeed slightly lowered.
• Lycanthropy Max Life % per Level lowered by 1%.
• Summon Grizzly Damage Synergy nerf to Wolves has been reverted, and is now back up to 20% Damage per Level.
• Smite Damage Synergy % increased by 3%.
• Whirlwind Damage Synergy % increased by 2%. (This was an undocumented nerf in 6.0, reverting the nerf).
