can someone explain the stats on this knout?

it says the max dmg it can recieve is 63 but displays 1-716 is this a bug? should i up it and see what happens?

This is a very rare and weird bug with the lightning damage mod. The one that doesn't say Lightning Damage isn't real, it does nothing, you can ignore it!

but what about the flat 1-716 damage is that basically the same damage modifier thats on a Grief? which affects smite?

I had a 1-555 damage jewel and was so pumped till @Game explained exactly what he said to you
