MF item find barb

is it possible to make an item find barb that can also farm by itself? really looking for a build with gear and skill tree points. thanks for the help

Just build an Immortal Kings set shield throw Barb and stack topaz gems, two constricting rings and load up on MF charms. There are plenty of shield throw guides sprinkled throughout the forum. It is very strong for farming.
