Annihilus Legacy 6.10 Changelog:


General:

• Fixed a formula error causing +% magic skill damage to not increase damage as much as it should, in some cases not increasing it at all. This should be a pretty large buff overall to all skills that deal magic damage.



Classes:

Amazon

• Multiple Shot's base damage and damage per level has been increased. Synergy % has been increased. Now caps at 36 arrows, up from 24.


• Exploding Arrow's damage per level has been increased. Synergy % has been increased.


• Guided Arrow's damage per level has been increased. Synergy % has been increased.


• Strafe's damage % has been decreased, and damage per level has been drastically decreased.


• Freezing Arrow's damage per level has been increased. Synergy % has been increased.


• Jab no longer incorrectly shows that it receives flat damage per level.


• Impale no longer incorrectly shows that it receives flat damage per level.


• Fend no longer incorrectly shows that it receives flat damage per level.


• Power Strike now only has Charged Strike and Lightning Strike as synergies. Synergy % has been greatly increased.


• Charged Strike now only has Power Strike and Lightning Strike as synergies. Synergy % has been greatly increased. Damage per level has been greatly increased. Base charged bolt count has been increased, and now gains an additional charged bolt every 4 levels, down from every 5.


• Lightning Strike now only has Power Strike and Charged Strike as synergies. Synergy % has been greatly increased. Damage per level has been greatly increased, and the initial melee attack now carries 100% weapon damage.


• Lightning Bolt now only has Lightning Fury and Lightning Arc as synergies. Synergy % has been greatly increased. Now deals 100% weapon damage, up from 75%. Damage per level has been drastically increased. Now always pierces targets and does not die upon first impact.


• Lightning Fury now only has Lightning Bolt and Lightning Arc as synergies. Synergy % has been greatly increased. Damage per level has been increased at higher levels.


• Lightning Arc has been revamped. It will now throw a lightning javelin that explodes into a lightning nova upon impact, and both the javelin and the nova carry 100% weapon damage. Now only has Lightning Bolt and Lightning Fury as synergies. Synergy % has been greatly increased.


• Valkyries now have a much shorter delay in between their actions.



Assassin

• Burst of Speed / Fade duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Blade Shield duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Venom duration has been increased to 10 minutes. Damage per level has been increased at later levels. Now properly lasts the correct duration, this was apparently wildly broken.


• Shadow Warrior / Master now have a much shorter delay in between their actions.


• Flurry kick no longer incorrectly shows that it receives flat damage per level.


• Dragon Strike's lightning damage per level has been increased at higher levels. Synergy % has been increased.


• Charged Bolt Sentry's damage per level has been slightly decreased at higher levels.


• Shuriken Flip's damage per level has been decreased at early levels, but has been greatly increased at later levels. The trails of poison now do the same amount of poison damage as the initial shurikens, previously they were dealing much lower damage. Poison Trail hitbox has been slightly increased. Synergy % has been increased, and poison duration is now a flat 1 second and does not scale.



Barbarian

• Shout / Battle Orders / Battle Command duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• War Cry's base damage and damage per level has been drastically increased.


• Shield Throw's damage per level has been increased, especially at higher levels.


• Frenzy now releases a ring of rage after both swings which carries frenzy's base damage, along with additional flat damage that the skill was not correctly using before. No longer grants life per hit.


• Whirlwind's base damage percent has been increased. Damage % per level per level has been increased, and synergy % has been increased.


• Berserk now releases a large ring of rage on successful attacks, dealing Berserk's damage to nearby enemies. Berserk's % damage per level has been lowered, but now gains flat magic damage per level. Synergy % has been increased. Now deals 100% of its damage as magic damage, up from 95%. No longer drains stamina while active.



Druid

• Feral Rage now has a built-in aoe cleave. Now grants flat physical damage instead of velocity, which is increased based on your Fury's skill level. Duration, physical resist, base damage, and damage per level have all been increased. Now uses flat damage scaling instead of percentage damage scaling, which was not actually functioning. Now has damage synergies in Lycanthropy and Fury.


• Fury no longer incorrectly shows that it receives flat damage per level. Now deals 125% Weapon Damage, up from 100%. Base damage % and damage % per level has been increased. Caps out at 5 hits again, down from 10. Werewolf synergy has been replaced with Feral Rage, and synergy % has been increased.


• Maul now has a built-in aoe cleave. Now grants a chance to inflict open wounds / crushing blow instead of stunning. Duration, increased weapon damage, base damage, and damage per level have all been increased. Now uses flat damage scaling instead of percentage damage scaling, which was not actually functioning. Now has damage synergies in Lycanthropy and Shock Wave.


• Shock Wave's base damage and damage per level has been increased. Base missile count has been increased.


• Werewolf's base attack speed bonus and attack speed per level has been increased. Base velocity and velocity per level has been increased. Base +% damage and damage per level has been increased.


• Werebear's base +% damage and damage per level has been increased.


• Twister's damage per level has been increased and no longer has nexthit delay. No longer stuns enemies.


• Tornado now hits every 7 frames, down from every 8. Tornado now lasts slightly longer, and travels slightly slower. Tornado may have been incorrectly triggering nexthit delay for other skills, which should no longer be the case.


• Hurricane now hits every 6 frames, down from every 8. Duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Fissure's damage per level has been increased, and its duration has been increased to 7 seconds, up from 5. Nexthit delay has been lowered to 2 frames, down from 5.


• Volcano's damage per level has been increased, and its "base" no longer has a nexthit delay, down from only hitting every 8 frames. The small rock / lava pools have a larger hitbox and no longer has nexthit delay, down from only hitting every 4 frames. Cooldown has been decreased to 15 frames, down from 25 frames.


• Armageddon's base damage and damage per level has been greatly increased. Synergy % has also been increased. Leftover flames on the ground now have a larger hitbox, much higher damage, and now uses the correct synergies. Duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Spirits can no longer die and will not be targeted or hit by enemy attacks.


• All summons now have a much shorter delay in between their actions.


• Grizzly Bear now uses Shock Wave to improve AoE capabilities.



Necromancer

• Teeth's damage per level has been increased at higher levels. Now maxes out at 36 teeth, up from 24.


• Corpse Explosion's base range has been increased by 50%. Now deals 40-75% of the corpse's life as damage, up from 25-50%.


• Bone Spear's damage per level has been increased at later levels.


• Bone Spirit's damage per level has been greatly increased at later levels. Synergy % has been increased.


• All summons now have a much shorter delay in between their actions.


• Skeleton Archers now use Multiple Shot instead of Strafe to improve their AoE, and it will not rely on Attack Rating. AI has been cleaned up.



Paladin

• Zeal has replaced Sacrifice as a level 1 skill. Zeal now deals magic damage and gains flat magic damage per level, but will also keep its percentage scaling for the weapon damage portion. Synergy % has been increased. Attack animation has also had its speed increased.


• Searing Light is now a level 12 skill. Damage synergies have been updated to Zeal and Divine Storm, and synergy % has been increased. Base duration has been greatly increased, duration per level has been slightly increased.


• Fist of the Heavens is now a level 18 skill. Now carries 100% weapon damage on the main attack. Damage per level has been increased at higher levels. Synergy % has been increased. Lightning submissiles have had their hitbox and missile speed increased. Casting Fist of the Heavens will once again search for a nearby target if you do not directly target an enemy.


• Blessed Hammer now functions like Empowered Blessed Hammer, shattering the hammer on impact and slinging additional hammers at nearby enemies. The original hammer now carries 100% weapon damage (submissiles will not), and base damage / damage per level has been increased. No longer gains additional damage from Concentration aura. Damage synergies have been updated to Searing Light, Hammer of Wrath, and Divine Storm. Synergy % has been increased.


• Vengeance is now a level 24 skill and has been completely revamped. It will now deal magic damage / 100% weapon damage in a small radius around your main target, then barrage the area with non-weapon damage magic missiles shortly after. Damage synergies have been updated to Searing Light, Hammer of Wrath, and Fist of the Heavens. Synergy % has been increased.


• Holy Shield duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Hammer of Wrath is now a level 30 paladin skill. The skill has been cleaned up, deals 150% weapon damage, has a larger hitbox, and the animation is faster. No longer ignores enemies' magic resist.


• Divine Storm has been added as a new level 30 skill. This is a self-buff that will automatically throw hammers at nearby enemies every 12 frames. Carries 100% weapon damage.


• Might now gives slightly more +% damage per level.


• Concentration now grants +% magic skill damage instead of +% weapon damage.



Sorceress

• Frozen Armor / Shiver Armor / Chilling Armor duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Blizzard's synergy % has been increased. Frozen Orb has been added as a damage synergy.


• Frozen Orb's damage per level has been increased. Synergy % has been increased. Cold length is now a static 10 seconds and no longer scales with skill level.


• Fire Ball's damage per level has been increased at later levels. Pyroblast has been added as a damage synergy.


• Enchant's flat fire damage per level has been increased. Duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Meteor's Base damage and damage per level has been drastically increased. Synergy % has been greatly increased.


• Hydra now has a much shorter delay in between attacks. Hydra's fire balls now travel faster and further. Hydra now correctly receives extra damage from the Pyroblast synergy, as it has not been working.


• Pyroblast now hits for much larger numbers every 5 frames, instead of hitting for smaller numbers every frame. This should allow it to scale better and be more consistent with the damage it deals. Now releases more flames to cover more area.


• Nova's damage per level has been increased at later levels. Synergy % has been increased.


• Lightning's damage per level has been increased at later levels. Synergy % has been increased.


• Chain Lightning's damage per level has been increased. Synergy % has been increased.


• Thunder Storm's base damage and damage per level has been increased. Synergy % has been increased. Duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Energy Shield duration has been increased to 10 minutes.


• Fire Mastery now starts at 50% increased fire damage and gains 10% damage per level, up from 30%/7%.


• Lightning Mastery now starts at 50% increased lightning damage and gains 10% damage per level, down from 50%/12%.


• Cold Mastery now grants increased cold damage, but its cold pierce values have been decreased.



Items:

• Divine Gems have had their drop rate increased by roughly 15%. Divine Skulls are no longer slightly more rare than the others.


• Abyss Sphere's Abyss Blink skill can now be casted while shapeshifted.


• Forbidden Charm world drop rate has been increased by roughly 22%.


• Delirium Runeword / Alkor's Shrunken Head Delirium transformation proc now only lasts 5 seconds, and grants drastically increased velocity / attack rate.


• Omega Weapon Skulls now have an increased chance to drop from the Worldstone map monsters and boss.


• All items that had new skills with "7.0" in the name (example: 7.0 Fire Claws) has been renamed. They will now be labeled as "Empowered" versions of the skill, (example: Empowered Fire Claws.)


• Soul of the Rift's Teleport proc chance has been decreased to 70%.


• Frostmourne's Sindragosa proc has been revamped. The dragon now starts at your character's location, rather than the enemy's location. This will greatly increases the chance of hitting your main target with the proc. The dragon itself now deals much higher damage than the damage over time dealt by the lingering cold, and it will release a larger aoe nova if the dragon hits an enemy directly. The nova also deals more damage than the damage over time effect. Overall, the damage has been greatly increased on the proc, and it will no longer scale based on your character's level. Frostmourne's drop rate has been greatly decreased.


• Flame Horizon now spawns slightly more missiles with each proc. Proc base damage has been increased, and now scales slightly more with your character's level. Flame Horizon's drop rate has been decreased.


• Hoarfrost's Hailstorm has been modified. It will now spawn less missiles overall to prevent server lag, but the damage has been greatly increased. The oskill version of Hailstorm can now be used on left click and will do higher damage than the proc while also spawning more missiles. Proc chance of Hailstorm has been decreased to 7%, down from 10%. However, the level casted has been increased to 60, up from 50.


• Signet of Shiva's Diamond Dust proc now lasts 1.5 seconds, down from 2 seconds. Spawns less missiles overall, which should reduce any potential lag caused by chain procs without actually affecting the effectiveness of the skill itself.


• Signet of Ifrit's Dark Hellfire proc now spawns less missiles overall, which should reduce any potential lag caused by chain procs without actually affecting the effectiveness of the skill itself.


• Firelord's Ascendance Empowered Armageddon proc has had its damage slightly increased.


• Rathma's Internment now causes Bone Prison to increase all damage inflicted to nearby and trapped enemies based on Bone Prison's level instead of inflicting Amplify Magic aura. Now grants 30-50% magic pierce instead of piercing attack.


• Excalibur now has 100% physical pierce, up from 20%. Now increases the damage nearby enemies take by 25%, up from 20%. Now has a 75% chance to proc Omega Sigil on Striking, up from 50%.


• Twin Excalibur now gives 100% fire pierce and has 4000 flat fire damage on each sword. Each sword is now indestructible, has 4 sockets, and gives much more attack rating per level. Physical pierce has been increased. Megiddo Flame damage has been greatly increased.


• Malboro's Contagion has had most of its stat values greatly increased. No longer changes Venom's duration, instead, it quadruples Venom's damage and doubles Shuriken Flip's shuriken count.


• Celestial Dream's drop rate has been decreased.


• Tal Rasha's Denouement drop rate has been decreased.


• Proof of Omega's drop rate has been increased.


• Athulua's Favor Lightning Fury proc has been decreased to level 50 to take the Lightning Fury buffs into consideration.


• Death's Fervor now rolls 10-20 Fanaticism Aura, up from 8-12. Now rolls 5-10 Skeletal Power, up from 3-6. Now rolls 20-30% physical pierce, up from 10-20%. Black Hole proc % has been increased to 10%, up from 5%. Black Hole now gains 1% damage per 10 Vitality. (This will also affect the Black Hole proc on Dark Messenger).


• Divine Retribution now rolls 20-40% lightning / magic damage, up from 20-30%. Now gives 10-20% lightning / magic pierce.


• Divine Crusade no longer gives Empowered Blessed Hammer. Instead, it now has a 30% chance to cast Level 60 Blessed Hammer on Striking.


• Talic's Boon's Fiery Whirlwind has had its % damage per level increased and its flat fire damage per level greatly increased.


• Overcharged Conduit's Static Diffusion level now rolls 15-25, down from a static 30.


• Akarat's Legacy has been revamped. This shield is now a cold based proc item.


• Meshif's Travelers now grant 20-30% chance to dodge an attack or spell. Faster Run/Walk increased to 50%, up from 40%. Deadly Strike now rolls 15-30%, up from 10-15%.


• Tyrael's Might now rolls 75-150 all attributes, up from 75-100. Now rolls 100-200% Enhanced Damage, up from 75-100%. Now gives +4 to All Skills, up from +3. Now has 4 sockets, up from 3. Sacred Armors now have a 1/15 chance to be Tyrael's Might, down from 1/8.


• Forsaken now rolls 30-40% elemental damage, up from 20-30%. Faster Run/Walk has been increased to 50%, up from 40%. Deadly Strike now rolls 15-30%, up from 10-15%.


• Gae Bolg no longer always spawns eth. Increased Attack Speed has been lowered to 60%, down from 80%. Flat damage reduced by 100, enhanced damage % reduced by 100%. Now gives +4 to All Skills, down from 5. Death Spear level now rolls 10-20, down from 15-25. Death Spear now actually deals 125% weapon damage as the tooltip shows, down from 150%. Death Spear now gets 1% additional damage per 3 Strength, instead of 1% per 1 strength. Shout Synergy % has been decreased to 16%. Base Damage of Death Spear has been lowered.


• Heaven's Fury now gives 30-60% magic/lightning damage/pierce, up from 25-50%. Now has a 35% chance to cast Fist of the Heavens on striking, up from 25%.


• Goka Uln now grants an additional 3-6 bone spears.


• Full Moon no longer increases the attacks / missiles on Fury / Shock Wave. Instead, it now doubles the damage buffs granted by Feral Rage and Maul. Deadly Strike now rolls 10-20%, down from 30%. Vigor Aura now rolls 20-30, up from 10-20.


• Frostfire now gives more +% cold / fire damage per Dexterity. Enchant proc chance has been decreased to 5%, but level has been increased to 20, up from 5. Lower Resist proc level has been increased to 35, up from 20.


• Oblivion's level requirement has been reduced to 95, down from 98.


• El'druin's Heaven's Justice / Slice of Heaven damage has been increased. Heaven's Justice hitbox is now larger.


• Warmonger now rolls level 10-20 Fanaticism Aura instead of 15-25 Concentration Aura. Now rolls 10-20 Skeletal Power, up from 5-10. Level of Shout proc has been increased to 30.


• King's Jewel of Blazing now only requires ilvl 87 to drop, down from 95.


• Buckshot now caps Multiple Shot at 12 bolts, up from 4. Now grants 40-75% fire damage / pierce, up from 30-40%. Fire Damage per level on Multiple Shot has been greatly increased.


• Thunderfury now once again rolls level 20-30 Holy Shock aura. Drop rate has been decreased to make it Uldyssian's rare drop.


• Husk of Kaalut's Poison Nova proc chance has been lowered to 30%, down from 75%.


• "of the Black Hole" suffix ilvl requirement is now 82, allowing it to appear on vendors a little earlier for characters.


• The Call of Cthulhu jewelry items all now give -10% to all enemy resistances, which equals 30% more pierce overall.


• Touch of Death now rolls +5-10 to Jack of all Trades, up from 3-6.


• Leoric's Folly now rolls 20-30 Skeleton Mastery / Skeletal Power, up from 10-20. Now gives 10-20 Raise Skeleton Archer. Now rolls 10-20% magic / physical pierce, and 10-20% magic damage.


• Pestilence Aura found on various items no longer deals poison damage, as this actually lowers damage per second. Instead, it now reduces enemies' poison resistance by 10%, with an additional -1% per level.


• Aspect of the Archlich has had most of its values decreased.



Monsters:

• Scarabs now use Charged Strike instead of Zeal.


• Andariel's resistances have been adjusted in all difficulties, and she no longer has negative fire resistance. This may or may not resolve the issue with her not taking fire damage from certain skills. Andariel's life has also been slightly decreased.


• Serpent Men now use Concentrate instead of Berserk.


• Mappo no Ryujin's triple dragon missile damage has been drastically decreased.


• Cthulhu's Insanity damage has been drastically decreased.


• Griever should no longer be able to fly through walls.


• Crazed Archer boss will no longer use Fire Arrow, which seemed to be dealing bugged damage. Crazed Archer's base physical damage values have been increased.


• Tonberry's base physical damage has been decreased. Tonberry's Stab skill has had its deadly strike chance decreased to 33%, down from 50%.


• Behemoth's base physical damage has been increased. However, Behemoth now uses Bash instead of Berserk.


• Blood Knights in the Act 4 Time Rift now have less base physical damage due to the buff to Shield Throw damage.


• Various monsters that use Fissure / Volcano have had their skill levels lowered due to the damage buffs for the skills.


• Abyss Enchantresses now give Reziarfg much higher resistances and +% elemental damage and have higher life. Range for their buff auras have been increased.
