    6.9 Patch Notes

    Annihilus Legacy 6.9 Changelog:


    General:

    • A new challenge has been added for the Champions who have mastered the current Trials and are looking for someone a little more formidable.



    Classes:

    Amazon

    • Damage per Level at higher levels drastically increased for all javelin skills.


    • Jab now uses the same function as Zeal, causing it to attack much faster and attack adjacent enemies.


    • Charged Strike now carries 75% Weapon Damage and has a 1 frame next hit delay, but missiles are no longer destroyed on collision. Charged bolt velocity has also been decreased, allowing monsters to stay in the hitbox longer.


    • Strafe now always shoots 5 missiles, no longer has next hit delay, and has had its Damage per level drastically increased.



    Assassin

    • All Fire and Lightning Traps have had their Damage per Level drastically increased at higher levels. Traps now also attack much faster.


    • Wake of Fire's next hit delay has been slightly lowered to prevent overlap with the new attack speed.



    Barbarian

    • Battle Orders now gains less Life / Mana % per level, and now caps at 100%.



    Druid

    • Cyclone Armor's Synergy % has been decreased.


    • Oak Sage now properly grants the amount of Life % shown on the tooltip, it was incorrectly granting more. Now caps at 100%.


    • Druid spirits now gain +2 resistances per level, similar to the combat pets. (The resistance amount that shows when hovering with Unsummon is incorrect for pets, just a heads up!)



    Necromancer

    • Fire Golem once again benefits from its Summoner's +% to Fire Skill Damage. Due to the nerfs to Enchant, this Fire Golem nerf can be reverted.


    • Bone Armor's absorption per level and Synergy % has been increased.



    Paladin

    • Blessed Hammer Damage per Level drastically increased at higher levels.


    • Fist of the Heavens no longer has a cooldown, and Damage per Level has been drastically increased at higher levels.


    • Searing Light Damage per Level drastically increased, especially at higher levels.



    Sorceress

    • Damage per Level at higher levels drastically increased for all skills.



    Items:

    • Token of Trials has been replaced with Blank High Rune, and no longer drops from anywhere except Wrapped Gift.


    • Time Compression Ring now increases nearby enemies' attack rate and velocity by 25%, down from 100%.


    • Time Leap's mana cost has been increased.


    • Holy Judgment's Worldstone Barrage now gains 1% increased damage per Strength.


    • El'druin's Slice of Heaven and Heaven's Justice damage has been increased. Slice of Heaven's hitbox has also been increased to more accurately match the animation.


    • The Deadly Sin now has increased flat weapon damage, decreased life drain, and no longer has durability. Corpse Rain proc damage has been increased and it now gains 3% increased damage per Strength. (Reroll will be necessary except for the durability change, this will be retroactive.)


    • Trag-Oul's True Guise has been overhauled. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Zephyr's % Enhanced Damage has been drastically increased, and the Lightning Fury proc chance / level has been increased. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Two new World Drop uniques have been added. Mang Song's Penance (Unique Lich Wand) and Perseus's Scorn (Unique Aegis).


    • Spear of Zeus has had several stats increased. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Bane of the Underworld now has 3 sockets. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Talic's Boon no longer transforms you, it will now display an overlay instead.


    • Gae Bolg has had several stats increased, flat weapon damage added, and Death Spear has been slightly overhauled. Death Spear now gains 2% increased damage per Strength and has had its Shout synergy % increased by 2%. Flat Damage and Damage per Level has been drastically increased. Death Spear's sub-missiles are no longer destroyed on collision and travel faster, but less missiles are spawned. Also, we have drastically lowered a really long next hit delay that was on the sub-missiles, which was likely there by mistake. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Heaven's Fury has had several stats increased, +% Magic Damage and Pierce added, increased chance on Searing Light proc, increased Skill Levels on both procs, scaling maximum damage replaced with flat weapon damage, and it now has 3 sockets instead of 2. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Trickster's Mischief has had several stats increased, and now also rolls 15-25% dodge chance. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Goka Uln has had multiple stats increased and mana regeneration has been replaced with all resist piercing. Mass Regeneration aura granted to Blood Golem now also grants life when struck and gives life instead of vitality so pets can benefit, along with the life regen and life on hit it previously gave. (Reroll will be necessary.)


    • Flame Horizon's proc damage has been increased, previous nerf may have been a little too much when combined with other item / skill nerfs.


    • Frostmourne's Summon Sindragosa damage has been increased, previous nerf may have been a little too much when combined with other item / skill nerfs.



    Monsters:

    • Physical Damage has been decreased across the board for every monster.


    • Monster Defense (chance for weapon based attacks to miss) has been lowered across the board for every monster, and is now back to vanilla values.


    • Monster's Skill Levels have been lowered back to vanilla values in Normal difficulty. (The end of an era. Thank you for the memories, Fallen Shaman.)


    • Santa's Snowstorm damage has been decreased.


    • Skeletal Lich's resistances have been lowered.


    • All monsters inside the Haunted Forest have had their health decreased.


    • Ultima Weapon's Worldstone Barrage damage has been slightly increased.


    • The Butcher's Physical Damage has been decreased.


    • Azathoth's Death Spear Damage has been decreased.


    • Kaalut and Omega Andariel's Acid Rain Damage has been drastically decreased.


    • Reziarfg's Lightning Nova damage is now much more consistent, and has been decreased overall.


    • Diablos' Demi Skill now hits every 4 frames instead of every frame, and Damage has been decreased.


    • Tyrael's Slice of Heaven missile hitbox has been increased to more accurately match the missile's size. (Same change that was made to El'druin)


    • Tyrael's Damage has been decreased for all skills, including his Sanctuary aura.



    Bugs:

    • Bone Armor and Cyclone Armor now properly absorb damage, and once again can only be casted on yourself.


    • Fixed an issue preventing Heart of Omega Weapon from being used.

    Follow-up hotfix:


    Skills:

    • Battle Orders Max Life / Mana % now caps at 150%. (Will not reflect on clientside until next update through launcher)


    • Oak Sage Max Life % now caps at 200%. (Will not reflect on clientside until next update through launcher)


    • Charged Bolt damage has been decreased. (Will not reflect on clientside until next update through launcher)



    Items:

    • Gae Bolg's Death Spear base damage has been decreased, and now only gains 1% damage per Strength. (Will not reflect on clientside until next update through launcher)



    Monsters:

    • Mappo's Magic Orb damage has been decreased.


    • Deckard Cain's Black Hole damage has been decreased.



    Bugs:

    • Removed restrict / disguise flag from Talic's Boon aura (Will likely not reflect on clientside until next update through launcher, preventing you from using some skills as if you were still shapeshifted)




    Follow-up Patch #2:


    Items:

    • Fiery Magicite and Frozen Magicite now drop from Trial Bosses a little more frequently.



    Monsters:

    • Jab has been replaced with Zeal on various monsters due to Jab Damage scaling too high with this most recent update. Zeal's scaling is a bit more forgiving.


    • Serpent Men melee damage has been lowered.


    • Mechanized Wizards Skill Levels have been lowered.


    • Amphibian Oracle Skill Levels have been lowered, and no longer cast Slow Missile.


    • Swamp King Skill Levels have been lowered.


    • Dark Ifrit and Shiva no longer take as much damage when in their "vulnerable" state. Shiva's vulnerable state now lasts a few seconds less.


    • Dark Ifrit now uses abilities a little more often, and their damage has been increased.


    • Shiva's Diamond Dust damage has been slightly increased.


    • Bomb's Fire Nova explosion on death now deals more damage, especially when they do not die within Arctic Wind.



    Bugs:

    • Fiery Whirlwind once again properly casts and deals damage.
