It sounds like your client is not up to date, and its trying to update it. If its failing then it seems something may be blocking it, but you can download it at http://launcher.annihilus.net/AnnihilusUpdater.exe . Be sure you extract it into your Annihilus folder.

The client says up to date and i did what you suggested but i still get that message on client launch.
