always jumps to full screen

Hey Guys,

Is anyone else having this problem, where d2 auto jumps to full screen? It starts in windowed mode, but shortly after, it automatically gos full screen. This problem only started with the new 2.2 and after a CLEAN install (both D2 as the mod).

The 2.1, with dual files gave me less trouble tbh.

Could it have something to do with this:

[19:07:39] Loading MultiRes resources...
[19:07:40] Found 2 display modes
[19:07:51] Removing cache files...

I tried practically everything...

Can i force the resolution via the registry? Or is it stored somewhere? Like i said, already tried a clean install twice. SO this setting has to be saved somewhere.

In your misc settings ingame you can select windowed mode!

I can't acces those. They give the a C000005 error

you can force it in the registry
the cause of this bug was a communication error between me and alex
the entry is supposed to be REG_DWORD not REG_SZ
i fixed this for next patch by just making it always read and write as REG_SZ
but currently it has to be REG_DWORD
if you use the launcher it will break this again because the launcher writes as REG_SZ

Put your annihilus folder from C: drive to D: You will be able to access settings ingame.
