THE OLD ONE PUZZLE
This puzzle was solved after patch 6.10 release but seemed to have been part of the game for several years and was never discovered before
Rare gems (materials) and rare key can be found in R'lyeh's world (See blue organs guide in content page)
Gems can be awaken using following items : (Transmute Your chosen Dream with its required dreamland item to awaken it "do this at the little cross in dreamlands to the west of othuyeg") https://youtu.be/IlNdUK3LjEw
