Intro
One of the most efficient place to level up and gear up early ladder is the Inferno Cows level. You will fight an incredible amount of level 90 inferno cows there with the Cow Queen as a boss.
Location
- To access the Inferno Cows Kingdom, you will need to go through R'yleh' world and beat Azathoth boss.
- To access R'yleh's world, you need to cube all 3 blue organs in Act 1 town.
- After beating Azatoth (not a requirement to kill the boss), you will find the Cow King corpse right next where you fought Azatoth.
- Mix all 5 Cow King's organs in cube on the King's corpse (with (!) over your head) to access the Inferno Cows Kingdom.
- Blue organs (Azathoth's organs) can be found by killing any elite monsters or bosses in hell. Those are considered to be rare
- Red organs (Cow King Organs) can be found by killing Hell cows. Those are considered common.
Special Drops
Any Inferno Cows can drop one of the 3 Cow Queen Set Parts. This is an excellent starter set to get into end game. The drop chances seems to be highly affected by Magic Find.
