Intro

THE OLD ONE PUZZLE was solved after patch 6.10 release but seemed to have been part of the game for several years and was never discovered before

Rare gems (materials) and rare key can be found in Ryley's world (See blue organs guide in content page)

  • Transmute Condensed Insanity with an Omega Heart to receive a Abhorrent Core.
  • Transmute K'narst Armor With Abhorrent Core at Cthulhu Altar "Full Cthulhu Set Required to be worn when transmuting at altar"
  • Transmute Heart Of The Sleeping God Armor Base With your choosen awakened Dream at Cthulhu Altar "Full Cthulhu Set Required to be worn when transmuting at altar"
