How to area?

Is there anything like a "HOW TO" area?

I see some things posted about "Infernal cows". How do I get there? Is it something to do with the heart and brain that I found in hell cow area?

What is the altar in the Rogue camp for?

The altar in the desert camp?

And I also found a blue heart? What is that?


Would be a great help to have some hints or how to area for us FNGs so we wouldn't have to blindly flail about. :-)
