Intro

Neo Annihilus is a very important item in Annihlus Legacy. It can be dropped from Time rift Diablo which is located in the Time Rift portal in River of Flame in act 4 (next to WP, straight up). Neo Annihilus will let you carry Forbidden Charms and will give you various stats and resistances.

Stats upgrades

Neo Annihilus can be upgraded 5 times. Stats will rise up from :

Level Requirement: 70 +1 to All Skills +10 to all Attributes Physical Resist +5% Magic Resist +5% All Resistances +10

To :

Level Requirement: 70 +1 to All Skills +30 to all Attributes Physical Resist +10% Magic Resist +10% All Resistances +30 Fordbidden Charms Allowed: 5

How to upgrade Neo Annihilus

To upgrade your neo anni, you need to cube it with orbs of potential.

You need to cube each orbs one by one with Neo Annihilus.

It takes 20 orbs of the level you need to upgrade to next level.

You need to start from lesser orbs up to ultimate orbs; 20 lesser, 20 orbs, 20 greater, 20 elder, 20 ultimate. Each upgrade will give you a stat upgrade and one (1) more Forbidden charm permission in your inventory.

• Tier 1 Orbs (lesser orb of potential)
  • Act Bosses (All 5) and Tier 1-2 map bosses

• Tier 2 Orbs (orb of potential)
  • Dreamland bosses, Time Rift bosses, FF8 bosses, Stitches, Lich King, most new bosses accessible without special event and Tier 3 map boss

• Tier 3 Orbs (greater orb of potential)
  • Cthulhu, Reziarfg, Deckard Cain, Cow Queen, Infernal Cows Chests, Trials Chests and Tier 4 map boss

• Tier 4 Orbs (elder orb of potential)
  • Uldyssian, Trial/Mark bosses (Azmodan, Belial, Ctogga, Malthael, Trag Oul, Tyrael) and Tier 5 map boss

• Tier 5 Orbs (ultimate orb of potential)
  • Ultima Weapon, Omega Weapons, Dark Ifrit and Shiva

Note on Forbidden Charms

Forbidden Charms are very powerful. There is few that can be found directly from specific bosses (those with unique names) and there is several extremely rare World Drop Forbidden Charms that can be dropped from any hell monsters.
