OK I was able to download the patch vis US EAST by running the game in Administrator mode. But when I use the annihilus launcher it still tells me I have to insert my CD rom into my CD Drive.. ...
and it says insert CD into CD drive. I don't even have a cd drive because I am on a Surface Pro 4 and also I downloaded the client from battle.net. and installed it that way.

When I launch via annihilus launcher it says Insert CD into CD drive. When I launch regular LoD it loads and then just says wrong patch version.
Any tips or ideas on how to fix this? :confused:
