Advice on Ganesh Shield Troll Nest or Monarch

I am wondering what to use. It will be NON-Eth so that it can have additional mods from enchants. I am leaning over the troll nest (have yet to find one) due to higher def / lower strenght as I can use the 50 stats difference for vitality and block dif is just 2% on sorc.

This is best of both worlds if you're pressed for requirements, over Troll Nest easily.
if you can spare the strength go Ward or Aegis over that though. Also, style>
Monarch would be the next best
Take Blade Barrier/Troll Nest as very last resort if you can't find any of the above (with style> being considered, Troll over Barrier)
