New War Cry Barb - Need Input
Hi all,
just started new Ladder and see many War Cry Barbs. This sounds funny so i wanna try by myself.
Can anyone give me some Skill Spec and armory suggestions? Perfect would be one for start and for for later game.
Thx so far

For start:
Of course max out Battle cry, war cry, battle orders. the rest is up to u. some mf some ress some fcr. all the basics passiv skills.
gear? well for starting lets say it is hell mode, hell cows, plaquelands and inf cows:
you dont really need anything for that. just standing there and shouting thats it.
+skills is always good. there are a lot of +3 skill +1 teleport (crappy other stats)armors out there. as a weapon u should pick up any rare nec weapon. they can have up to +30% magic dmg -30% magic enemy ress. (better than a weapon with 4+ war cry)
as a really good starter weapon and probably no one will have it bc no one picks it up: wizardspike! fcr, ress, mana, skill

Other than what dattelmann said, maxing shout also raises war cry damage.
And putting remaining points into Haste Mastery to get your Faster Cast Rate up is always good.
You can make a Insight runeword in a 4 socket polearm for an act 2 mercenary to keep ur mana up.
Very cheap to make one and always good to have the mercenary as a distraction even if he dies fast.
Good starting weapons for you to use would be spirit swords because they're easy to make.
Just find any 1 handed 4 socket swords and 4 easy to find runes in hell cows.
You can also downgrade runes with scrolls that can be purchased from Hadriel for no gold at all.
Getting to 200% Faster Cast Rate is probably your first goal to work towards.
Doing hell cows should be very easy for you to do, with very little effort.
And after a while you can find high runes to slowly progress and get better items.
Once you find a Vex you could consider making a Heart Of The Oak in a 4 socket flail.
Hoto gives Oak Sage to give you another distraction while also raising your life quite a bit.
