i think dfruid would balance out perfectly if tornado didnt do ANY cold dmg, only phys

still 2fpa attack + splash + addtional tornados from prime charm
also add 12 fpa hurricane dmg

i didnt even know spalsh worked with spells..
maybe game should just give tornado AR and fuck all the autohit shit, specially 10000000000 times per second ones..
also game mentioned already that he has a solution for this situation

is possible that everything would be fine if the 2fpa was kept as in lod and or just phys no?

I was mean tornado can hit multiply targets (like splash), of course splash mod doesnt work with spells

6 targets for example
nado hits each one 15 times
now each one splashes back to all of the targest
so it would be 90 hits every tornado with 25k dmg LMFAO
