theres a really whacky build i came up with years ago that never really took off in popularity but ill share it with ya :P
im not 100% sure how effective it will be on d2pk since people have easy access to alot of res gear, but it was effective on regular realms.

3foh/3 conv beast scepter
dream st
dream helm (w/e has the highest def your stats allow)
20ias cb gloves with str/ dex or bloodfists (you may need the cb gloves for the ias, i cant remember its been too long)
waterwalks
enigma/ 100life 20/20 light armor/ shaftstop with 5/5 in it
maras or slipper or 3 pcomb/ 100 life ammy (cant remember which was best, might not be able to get lvl 25 conv with the magic ammy tbh
bks
arachs with a stashed dungos
pcombs and 20/5 scs

max foh, get lvl 25 conv, rest into foh synergies and holy shock synergies.

its basically a light zealer with a strong foh. somewhat makes up for the fact that foh has no way of dealing with a windy but you still are at a huge disadvantage against windys.

you make up for the low foh damage by being skilled and avoiding bad situations. gotta really be on top of catching people slippin with your charge lockdown and telezeals
