theres no fhr cap, read correctly the rules. theyre faster RUN/WALK caps, not faster HIT recovery.
theres no %sorb in lld, it doesnt exist. only flat sorb that exist is from spirit (8 magic dmg absorb).
regarding max resist, yeah it was always banned when I played, n oexceptions. but I guess they felt ww barb had a very hard matchup vs a class that could teleport, so they decided to help them out? i dunno the reasoning. i left he lld scene for like 6 years.
double spirit is very common for hammerdins vs necro, its not a fail build. especially since using a scepter and charge doesnt work well vs. necros. good lib scepters are very hard to ocme by, so people just using a spirit.
