True! seems to me the number should be higher because of the usefulness of king jewels. Making it a bit harder to obtain. Maybe 5 jewels?

Seems like 3 is fine as it is not automatic that it will roll that way - plus you usually don't find tons of unique jewels to begin with (a decent amount but nothing excessive)
