SotR Beta February 5th Changelog:
General:
• Experience gain from level 20+ monsters in Normal difficulty has been increased by 65%.
• All monster base attack damage has been lowered by 20%.
• Mana costs have been reduced for all skills.
• Melee Skills can no longer be interrupted.
• Mercenary base Life / Life per Level has been increased by 50%, and Defense / Defense per Level has been increased by 25%.
• Act 5 Mercenaries now properly use Sunder.
• Soul Link node has been updated in the Soul Grid and is now active.
• Life nodes in the green branch of the Soul Grid now grant +25 Life, up from +20.
• Berserker node has been replaced with Ignore Pain in the Soul Grid and is now active. Attack Speed nodes leading up to it now also grant Cast Speed.
• Lucidity and Mental Quickness nodes on the Soul Grid now also grant Attack Speed.

• Hammer of Wrath Damage per Level has been increased.
• Fist of the Heavens Damage per Level has been increased.
• Vengeance Damage per Level has been increased.
• Judgment Damage per Level has been increased.
Sorceress
• Jolt and Combustion have had their locations switched on the skill tree.
• Combustion Damage per Level has been increased.
• Jolt Damage per Level has been increased.
• Enchant Damage per Level has been increased.
• Overcharge Damage per Level has ben increased.
• Icicle Flurry Damage per Level has been increased.
• Charged Bolt early Damage per Level has been increased.
• Fire Wall Damage per Level has been increased.
• Nova early Damage per Level has been increased, along with its base radius.
• Frost Nova early Damage per Level has been increased, along with its base radius.
• Lightning Damage per Level has been slightly increased.
• Meteor Damage per Level has been increased.
• Blizzard Damage per level has been slightly increased at later levels.
• Thunder Storm Damage per level has been increased.
• Hydra base Damage has been slightly lowered, while early Damage per Level has been increased.
• Frozen Orb base Damage and Level 20+ Damage per Level has been lowered.
• Essence Flux base Life / Mana after Kill and per Level has been increased.
Items:
• Riftstones can no longer roll additional Unstable Rifts as an affix. This will be reserved for unique Riftstones in the future.
• Riftstones and Rift Essences now drop less often inside of Riftstones / Blue Rifts.
• Ginther's Rift Black Hole proc Damage per Teleport Level has been lowered, and now deals 20% Weapon Damage instead of 33%.
Monsters:
• Duriel's movement speed, base attack damage, and Frenzy skill damage has been lowered. Maggots have also had their damage and life lowered, and Red Maggots now heal him for less.
• Oblivion Knight Tornado damage has been lowered.
• Blood Raven movement speed has been lowered.
• Nightmare Terror's mana drain has been drastically lowered.
• Fallen Shaman will now resurrect slain allies less often and within in a smaller radius, and will use their Fireball from further away / more often instead.
• Various monsters have had their Fire Wall burn damage lowered.
• Crypt Riftstone's Black Lancer Skewer damage has been lowered.
• Blood Lord (and all variants) have had their Frenzy Skill level lowered.
• Blunderbore (and all variants) have had their Armor Break Skill level lowered.
Areas:
• Maggot Lair has been updated to fix various issues (Thanks Spike!)
Bugs:
• The illuminated presence notification is now displayed in the new challenge areas, and will no longer appear in the old areas.
