I naturally assumed any of the new areas would be, but I just cleared it and noticed that the ilvl is 85... Is it not 87? Can stuff like IK chest, new uniques etc. not drop there?

It should actually be able to drop sacred armors, they are only ilvl 85. The new uniques however cannot drop there, although I think Stitches may be able to drop them, I would check his ilvl.Originally Posted by Fitsu
I actually can't kill him yet. Hmm, well as long as it can drop sacreds I suppose it's still the best place to try and get my IK given that I can't do inferno portals yet... I mean, I don't really know where else to farm so plaguelands it is XD.
