seisemic skill

seisemic skill is bad now. can't increase damage because +%phy skill damage not exist.

seisemic skill need to change %phy damage -> %magic damage.

if that do, we use seisemic , and the more strong than now.

I like this skill. I hope change


murder of crow skill is also bad
