    I can't log on to US east since downloading your client

    That's basically it. How do I fix this? It seems to be affecting my entire IP, since my brother can't log on either.

    It's definitely IP-related. When I used my phone as a hotspot it fixed the problem. Any idea how to actually fix it?

    Okay I contacted Blizz support and they said this was an intended feature and the ban will be lifted within a couple weeks.
