Non-ladder question

I'm going to bring some friends to try out Diablo 2 for the first time, plus the Annihilus experience but we're going to play non-ladder for now

I'm wondering if there's any changes to non-ladder gameplay, but also if there's anything unique about Annihilus that changes or doesn't change on non-ladder.

Anything different from the retail differences between the ladder and non-ladder?

Nope, I've made sure it will be the exact same experience on Ladder or Non-Ladder!
