Rune cost to farm certain areas

Like Game said, I think new recipes would definitely be the way to go. The ability to re-roll an anni charm or torch with runes sounds good though. I mean you've already done the work to get the charm. The new tweaks to Druids and Assasins might make their respective class charms worth holding on to for trade now so this might not be necessary. I think I have six torches that nobody wants so they sit in my inventory gathering dust
