trojan found during install

i have tried to install the anni launcher multiple times but mcafee keeps putting a file in quarantine which might be why I'm having issues installing. the file is RDN/GENERIC.TFR. is this file a legit Trojan or no?

That's not the file name, that's the type of "trojan" it thinks the launcher is. It's a false positive. It's being flagged as a trojan because of how the launcher communicates with our server to check for updates. If you allow the launcher/your whole annihilus folder as not to be touched by mcafee you should be OK.
