Would there be any way to resend the confirmation letter for my account? When I signed up it never arrived.

Be sure to check your junk folder. If not we can have an admin manually verify you I'm sure

Honestly, I didn't even think we did verification emails! Usually you get flagged as a Guest when you never put an Annihilus Account when registering, or if you kept trying to put an account name already used.
